Aqua Fitness 

Start your summer mornings with our sunrise early bird aqua fitness class OR take a mid-day break for some exercise. Both classes are taught in our heated pool.  Burn twice the calories of walking while protecting your joints. Participants incorporate strength training and cardio using water weights and other tools to enhance the water’s natural resistance and improve core stability, balance, and stamina. Swimming skills are not required. Pilates and yoga will be used for stretching, balance, flexibility, and strength. Exercises are modified for your particular abilities. All fitness levels are welcome to join the class! Handicapped parking is available at the back gate.

  • Early Bird Water Aerobics
    • 6:30 – 7:30 am (1 hour) — M, W, F
      • Starting May 20th through September 13th (Teacher Lynda Maguire)
    • 6:15 – 7:00 am (45 minutes) — T, TH
      • Starting June 6th through August 29th (Teacher Jill Arvanitis)
    • Early Bird Water Aerobics Season Passes
      • Choose an option:
        • option 1- Two days a week for $125 (any day M-F)
        • option 2- Three days a week for $200 (any day M-F)
        • option 3- Five days a week (when all classes in session) for $250 (M-F)
  • Mid-Day Water Aerobics
    • 11:15 – 12:00 (45 minutes) — T, F 
      • Starting June 14th through August 16th (Teacher Lynda Maguire)
    • Mid-day Water Aerobics Pass — $100
      • Water aerobics passes will be on file at the pool on the first day of class.
  • Yoga
    • We are working to pilot a yoga class this summer. Please check back.  Details available soon.
