Aqua Fitness
Start your summer mornings with our sunrise early bird aqua fitness class OR take a mid-day break for some exercise. Both classes are taught in our heated pool. Burn twice the calories of walking while protecting your joints. Participants incorporate strength training and cardio using water weights and other tools to enhance the water’s natural resistance and improve core stability, balance, and stamina. Swimming skills are not required. Pilates and yoga will be used for stretching, balance, flexibility, and strength. Exercises are modified for your particular abilities. All fitness levels are welcome to join the class! Handicapped parking is available at the back gate.

- 6:30am – 7:30 am (1 hour) — Mon, Wed, Fri

Water aerobics passes will be on file at the pool on the first day of class.
Yoga
Come join us for a relaxing and invigorating morning of yoga at the serene, wooded DRRA. Class will meet on the grounds of DR at the Braylon Meade basketball court. Don’t forget to bring your own yoga mat, blocks (optional), small towel, and water bottle. Yoga Coach Connie Haeder will lead the group and offer modifications for all levels.
