Approval required for all gatherings ( members and or non-members) eight and above.
Picnic table/Party reservationsĀ
1- You must be an active member
2- Reservations must be approved in advance. Please call or stop at the front desk to check availability to book the event -no rain dates
3- Max party size is 20 people (one week in advance); 40 people (two full weeks in advance)
Note: party size includes DRRA members and non-members over the age of 1 yrs old ENTERING DRRA, even if they do not swim
4- Payment for guest fees is required at check-in for the event for all non-members. We encourage you to purchase guest passes in advance whenever possible.
5- No alcohol allowed, No Glass
6- Parties can only last for 3 hours max
7 – Decorations or arrangements are limited to YOUR picnic table(s) only. Do not use trees, fences,Ā basketball area, or any other pool furniture for hanging decorations.
8 – No outside vendors are allowed such as clowns or moon bounces.
9- Please review the operation handbook for allowable toys, items, and rules, including current guest fees.
10- Certain activities and items such as face painting, tie-dye, pinata, and water balloons are not allowed. Please check with front desk staff with questions.
Ā Day of Reservations/EventsĀ
1- You must be an active member to enter and bring a guest.
2- If a member wishes to bring more than eight guests to the pool, you must call the front desk in advance for approval. Approval may be denied if the pool is at or expected to be at capacity, all picnic areas are booked and orĀ if the pool is understaffed
3- Max size for bookings made less than one week in advance is 20 people.
