Approval is required for all gatherings (members and or non-members) eight and above.

Picnic table/Party reservations 

1- You must be an active member to make a reservation

2- Reservations must be approved in advance. Please call or stop at the front desk to check availability to book the event -no rain dates. The maximum party size per hour is 50 people May-Aug, Sept maximum party size per hour is 25 due to lack of staff.

    • Parties above 20 people (two full weeks’ notice in advance required )
    • Parties 20 people and below (one week in advance)

3-  The party size includes DRRA members and non-members over 1 yrs old ENTERING DRRA, even if they do not swim.

4- Payment for guest fees is required to be made to your membership account before the event. All nonmember guests, upon arrival, will check in at the front desk on your prepaid guest passes.

5—The front desk requires a list of all non-member guests BEFORE the first guest check-in. Please include the first and last name of each non-member guest.

6- No alcohol allowed, No Glass

7- Parties reservation time is 3 hours max (this includes setup and breakdown of your event).

8- Decorations or arrangements are limited to YOUR picnic table(s) only. Do not use trees, fences, the basketball area, the volleyball area, or any other pool furniture for hanging decorations.

9 – No outside vendors, such as clowns or moon bounces, are allowed.

10- Please review the operation handbook and Lifeguard rules on the home page for allowable toys, items, and rules, including current guest fees. Remember, you are the member responsible for your guest. You are responsible c for ensuring all guests understand all our rules.

11- Certain activities and items such as face painting, tie-dye, pinata, and water balloons are not allowed. Please check with the front desk staff with questions.

 Day of Reservations/Events 

1- You must be an active member to enter and bring a guest.

2- If a member wishes to bring more than eight guests to the pool, you must call the front desk for approval. Approval may be denied if the pool is at or expected to be at capacity, all picnic areas are booked and or  if the pool is understaffed

3- Note: party size includes DRRA members or non-members over the age of 1 yrs old entering DRRA, even if they do not swim

4-  Please purchase guest passes in advance . Payment is required at check-in for all non-members.

5- No alcohol allowed, No Glass allowed

6- The picnic area may already be reserved. Please check with the front desk and make sure to move from the area if there is a reservation.

7 – Decorations or arrangements are limited to YOUR picnic table(s). Do not use trees, fences,  basketball area, or any other pool furniture for hanging decorations.

8 – No outside vendors allowed, such as clowns or moon bounces.
